Capital Resource Agency, Inc. is a Community Action Agency and part of the network of sixteen CAA's that work together and with hundreds of partners throughout West Virginia to serve the low-income indivduals throughout the state..

CRA, Inc.'s primary funding source is the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). Funded through the West Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity. CSBG provides the funding that allows CRA the time, facilities and staff to mobilize resources and to plan and integrate those programs and donations that best meet the needs of low-income families and individuals in Boone, Clay, Fayette, Kanawha and Putnam counties.
