Capital Resource Agency, Inc. currently contracts with the Boone County Community Organization as a Delegate Agency in order to assist in the provision of services to Boone County. BCCO operates six senior meal centers, a targeted transportation program, several Medicaid Waiver-related programs, emergency services, and many other programs.
