Capital Resource Agency, Inc. offers a variety of specific programs and services to assist low-income individuals and families towards self-sufficiency.

CRA, Inc. administers emergency, maintenance and developmental programs that are a critical service in developing the framework for individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. Through our continued partnerships with community leaders, public officials and our customers we truly will win the "War on Poverty."
