Capital Resource Agency Inc. offices in Chesapeake and Clendenin and Kimberly serve as Work Force West Virginia satellite sites where representatives from the Regional Workforce Investment Boards, Bureau of Employment Programs, and the Work Force West Virginia Centers work with Capital Resource Agency, Inc. staff to schedule clients for needs assessments, job referrals, job training and job placement.

Boone County Community Organization, Inc. conducts advocacy activities to develop new jobs creating long-term employment.  Senior Citizens can obtain employment through the Title V program supervised by BCCO.
