Capital Resource Agency, Inc provides assistance for low-income individuals in applying for a WEATHERIZATION program operated by Community Resources, Inc.  This program assists qualified individuals or families by performing some weatherization work in their homes to improve energy efficiency.  These services can include repair and/or replacement of windows, repair and/or replacement of furnaces and air conditioners, and installing new insulation, and depend on the written guidelines of CRI.

CRA, Inc. also administers a HANDYMAN PROGRAM.  Through this program works with local businesses and contractors to provide materials and labor, in order to repair hazardous environmental barriers in homes.  These services may include repairing porches, stairs and railings, and construction of wheelchair ramps.
