Medicaid Waiver Services

Capital Resource Agency, Inc. is happy to announce its first new program, Comforts of Home. Comforts of Home is a State Approved Medicaid Waiver Provider Program that provides in-home services for the senior and disabled population in the comfort of their own homes, providing assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and essential errands.

Comforts of Home Provides homemaker services for Boone, Clay, Fayette, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, and Putnam counties

Our Director of Nursing, Debra Mooney, has extensive experience as an RN. She is a State Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor and has previous experience working with the Title IX Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver Program before she came to the Comforts of Home.

Brenda Myers, RN is our new RN Supervisor and she also has previous experience with Medicaid Wavier Program.

Shannon Bustle, CNA/AMAP is our Medicaid Waiver Coordinator. Shannon has geriatric experience and has previously worked as a CNA for Comforts of Home.
